Wow, these books are really nice. I would be scared to color the one from Thomas Kinkade because of how beautiful he did it. The lineart of Dream Room kinda reminds me the one from Eriy's books. I can't wait to see you completed pages! And a protip for the end: If you want to pronounce Renata Krawczyk's name in a more correct way, you can spell 'w' as 'v'.

I love buying pre owned coloring books, makes me feel better ❤ Omy gosh I’m loving that flights of fancy even more every time I see it. 😍 Interested in your thoughts when you try different white mediums. I love using my gouache acrylic white paint when doing larger areas or more lines in coloring books. The matte look along with my color pencils makes my brain do a happy dance . Your wip is coming out so pretty! Thank you for sharing ❤

I ❤ Coloring & Collage with Ems and Saffire Colors as both add collage elements to their pages. I just don't have 📚/magazines to cut up either but I've thought of printing digi pages which I can get through my Creative Fabrica membership & I too have scrapbooking paper & cardstock but it's mostly solid. Enjoy the idea & go for it. You will do great!

And Candice at Happy Catastrophy is a beautiful human being. I am interested in that collage channel you mentioned. I recently purchased a coloring book that has that kind of look. The demon guy in the villains book is from Fantasia, his name is Chernabog. He is sourced from 16th century Slavic folklore and his name means "black god", he's basically their version of the devil or lord of darkness.

I'm always amazed by how many books you guys have for coloring! Your untouched books are more than my whole collection aha! (I use that as a convenient excuse when my partner chides me for having too many lol). I picked out 25 books to focus on this year, and there's some overlap between our choices!! I would love to buddy color with you on the page you picked in Wildflower Folk, it's a book I'm eager to color more in after finishing a page last month!

Do you know the title of that first forest girl coloring book? The one with the rain cloud? I've never seen it before and I like the images in it a lot more than the others.

One thing I found was to give myself permission to mess up a page. Obviously I don’t video my colouring so it is less of a concern, but guess what? Mostly the pages turn out pretty well! It’s helped me tackle the ‘intimidating’ pristine books

I love the ideas you have for God Jul throughout the year. I did something similar 2-3 years ago in a challenge to finish a book and each month I did colors that corresponded - mardi gras purples, greens golds, valentines pinks & reds.. etc. It was a lifesaver not feeling as if i was doing the same thing all the time in a season.
