Holy cow, I just found your video series on the 55 and I really appreciate the detail you are showing. I just picked up a 56 and I am planning on doing similar to what you are doing, my only problem is I've never done this before so what you are showing is a great help.

I hear you man i do but i still think mechanical fi especially rochesters version for the street (which worked phenomenally) involved witchcraft and maybe some ritual sacrifices

The Rochester MFI was certainly witchcraft. This stuff isn’t that hard, just a fair amount of math

Not sure if you know this or not… but democrats wont tolerate your hobby going forward. Youre going to need to convert to electric with a large alternator or electric motor poking through the hood. Just sayin.

Hello got a few questions thinking about a blown set and i dont no jack about it two quick things so can you have a fuel cell inside your trunk for that same set-up and what is all need to complete your injector hat set-up the hat the injector plate which is between the hat and the supercharger is that it
@loudpedalliberty6550
@loudpedalliberty6550 8 ай бұрын
For a mechanically injected setup, typically you’ll have a front mounted tank, As the fuel pumps need to be driven off the engine and won’t suck fuel up to front. There is some other options for a rear mounted tank, basically, you drive the pump with a long cable still off the engine, then that puts the pump in the rear of the car. Or you have a small 1-3 gallon tank up front that feeds the mechanical pump, and a larger cell in the rear feeding that tank with an electric pump. For a mechanical injector yes, that’s it. Pump, barrel valve, nozzles, and hat.

Literally left out the most important part till the end. How do you correlate/time the air & fuel control linkage in relation to each other correctly,,, & control/know how much pressure & volume the pump makes if it's not linear? Would have made more scents if I knew that first lol. Thanks for the rundown sir, GOD-BLESS...

What’s the weak point in the speedway axle?
@loudpedalliberty6550
@loudpedalliberty6550 10 ай бұрын
The Main weak point would be that the king pin bosses aren’t tabbed or captured. They are mass produced so they are manufactured as fast as possible rather than hand fit. Don’t get me wrong, for the average car show guy, they are probably fine, but for a car that goes 150mph and is likely to stand on the rear bumper a few times, they aren’t a good choice in my opinion.
