To avoid expensive surprises next time when you do a salvage. Just do a major service on the engine and gearbox. The overheating could have been avoided. In that way you dont have surprises

Nice project but with that kind of damage to the frame of the car especially where the front subframe mounts to the chassis, I do not think the car is structurally sound anymore but hey, if it works then good enough.
