i have been being under 'squeeze' for some time. i came to a breaking point yesterday and i chose to stand by my code of quality which differs from my employer's. i decided to walk away from my job, a job i have enjoyed a lot in the past. i feel conflicted by my decision. should i have lowered my standards ? i feel i hurt my boss to protect my personal standards which i regret deeply. the conflict i'm having is the lowering of quality in small increments over time has been heavy enough to wear me down to the point i've had no tolerance for anything and i would lash out over every little thing which is not someone i wish to be.

This brings up many questions in my mind of what it means to be "adopted", " chosen", and having "full access" to God, and how those relate to baptism vs "dedication".
