Have you had any issues with the hydraulic motors? I had to replace both on my mini. Not a cheap replacement

14 hp pushes the same as 23hp, no change. Only change is speed due to less gpm of hydraulic flow

There is no third filter under the carb. Its a crankcase breather line filter that runs the vacuum fuel pump

Cheap aftermarket seals or copper washer failure is what causes this. I only use factory seal kits. Pay 50$ more and do the job 1 time and be done with it.

I hd just replaced every o ring on my injector, had coolant in cyinder 6 and 8 so i am about to replace the cups. It has 350k so i am not too surprised

The lowest o ring next to crush washer if marred will leak oil into cylinder. Can be noticed when extended pwriod of sitting, oil pressure gauge will go down and slowly build when cranking. You can also hear the draining in some cases.

It's from condensation during cold starts with short drives. This is where the moisture is from in the catch can. The best to find this is with older vehicles with the twist on pvc valve cap. Even can be found on tbe oil fill caps. In warm climate or a vehicle driven longer distances or gets to run at normal operating temperature will burn off the moisture

No there more aggressive but it is an offroad minibike I'd rather have a bumpier ride with more traction in the mountains than to ride like a Cadillac

take the governor out and put a cvt belt drive tav30 on instead of the clutch chain system. also depending on your weight you can re gear the back sprocket but i am about 215 pounds and i didn't need to. i did a higher flowing intake and jetted the carb with a straight pipe exhaust.

@@boostedmk5gti563 if you get a cvt transmition like a tav 30 series it will have a lot more torque and higher top speed having a wider gear range to choose from.

It was direct fit they rub when you get close to bottoming out the front suspention but if you just ride around normally and dont get to crazy they never rub. But I'm also 225 pounds

No they do not rub unless you are close to bottoming out the front suspension but I am also 225 pounds and ride it a little rough. Otherwise they are great way better traction and way better built than the stock tires and fit on the stock rims.

Ummmm why would you 212 swap it. The 196 that was in it is a Honda clone engine... All the mod parts for a 212 bolt to the 196. Not ragging on ya just doesn't make sense

Daniel Morris the 212 has a substantial amount more power and is a hemi also I blew the stock engine form to high of speed.

Well that changes the way I look at it. Lol like I said just didn't understand why. I have a few bikes in my collection. The db30 with the same 212 in it is my favorite one. Wasn't knocking what ya did just didnt know the rhyme or reason. Now I do!

@@danthemowermedic4444 A lot of people say this about the 212 when they went from a 196 and jackshaft to a 212 with a torque converter. Most of the gain they feel is from the torque converter not the 212.
