eating triggers endorphin release for some people. This is similar to opioids associated with pleasure and euphoria, some people get their euphoria and pleasure from eating. Thus, the difficulties some people find with weight loss. One of the major side effects of some psychotropic drugs is weight gain because they change your brain chemistry to crave more food....thus you begin associating pleasure with foods.

I agree! It's tough not to associate pleasure with food, and that's the main food addiction a lot of people suffer from. We have to change that mentality to start viewing the struggle as pleasure, or finding the endorphins that your body naturally releases when working out and through discipline and focusing on that instead. I was hoping Khalil tackled more on FTX and the derivatives market, because it played a role into the collapse alongside the self pumping of FTT and using it as collateral for loans, but all in all a great episode full of good investing psychology and what your mindset should be!
