I’d like to hear the recordings of the other employees talking to his wife. I’m sure his wife was talking to another employee and she wanted to cancel and they probably didn’t help her but instead kept asking her why she wanted to cancel to keep trying to get her to change her mind. This I assume caused her to become upset which caused her husband to become upset which lead to this conversation.

What I’m guessing is that this guy kept asking them to cancel it and they kept refusing just like the cable companies do so he just went ballistic. like when the Comcast rep refused to cancel Ryan Block’s service and instead the rep just kept asking him why he wanted to switch. because he said his wife was already upset which actually happened to Ryan Block. As a sidenote, if you live in the US the cable company refuses to cancel your service, you can file a complaint with the FCC.
