Just wondering, is the Vinson what used to be he quadmaster 500?...I have a 2000 quadmaster 500 that's the automatic 4 high and low...tough as nails.
@justinturdeau23837 ай бұрын
Suzuki should bring back the Vinson. A foot shift 500 cc SRA with adjustable rear shocks, front diff lock, and obviously fuel injected. It’d sell like crazy.

Great machines. Have a 2002. Solenoid is doing a single click when you hit the starter button. Already put a used tested good solenoid on and a new starter, still doing it. Either need to buy another solenoid or its the starter clutch is frozen up. Maybe a bad ground

I have an 05 just like yours. Runs good I've had it too 65 but that's about all it has. I put a bigger jet in carburetor for more power

Good video. I’m looking at a similar foot shifted one but I really wish they made them with a diff lock.

Would you say to stay away from the Vinson if it has CVT? I’m looking at one in good shape for a decent price but is the belt really that much of a problem?
@jaseysmith16293 жыл бұрын
If the belt is old and if you get the ATV in the water they can slip
@backyardbashing61363 жыл бұрын
Okay let me put it this way. Would you never buy an auto Vinson again yourself even if it was a really good deal or is the CVT a downside but not a dealbreaker?

The Older Suzuki CVT transmission under a load would slip and known to eat belts. Yamaha in my opinion has the best design CVT transmission. So much to the point they have a 10 year belt warranty.

Nice quad but they have been the same for the last 8 years they are ready for a up grade great quad tho I have had to of them very reliable

Yeah I 100% agree. They need to come with better tires, a better seat, better headlights and maybe make some 850 1000cc machines. I understand the "don't fix what isn't broke" approach.

Well as you can see I instantly changed the stock tires! That was done before I even picked it up at the dealership. I’m going eventually get the Elka Suspension, a winch, rear lounger, front brush guard, and a Highlifter lift kit, and a EPI clutch kit!
@rzl073754 жыл бұрын
@@jaseysmith1629 Can I give you some advice on the clutch kit....Dont get an EPI kit. They dont work well on Brutes and are known to blow belts. Look into VForce John clutching or at least Dalton. I have mine clutched and its a rocket.
