As far as I'm aware they only released 4 different colours. Black, Red, Glow in the dark and the translucent figures. Is a shame they never did the pink FLESH tone in my opinion

I loved the cartoon but, didn't care for the playsets. Had one and lost it, wish they would make 6 inch action figures based on the cartoon.

I've gotta be honest I've never seen the cartoon, the size of the playsets were the clincher for me, the fact the imagination ran wild in this little world

@@CosmicRanger-xg7cz Completely get that, Think most of my original ones were from swaps with my mates or from jumble sales. Even now I tend to stick to the smaller sets, Although my all time favourite is the Skull Dungeon.

Man I remember these gettin from my grandpa. I just forgot we bought them at KFC, I always thougt about McDonalds or BK. Had them in preschool and then they got stolen 😅 but thank you for the memories

Got both the normal ones yesterday with an English cartoon on the back! Looking forward to Warmonger, Sowcroc and Bloody Antlers (the last 2 are the size of a Doom Zone).

@@ukminifigurecollectors5264 Yes, it was fun. And they did a good job on the cardback, that it's not clued on. Really looking forward to the new Doom Zones later this year! The photo's on the website are to sharp of when you get the real thing in your hands! I still have 7 more MM to go to complete the old collection.

Great video! Stumbled across these playsets on BBTS today and was hoping I'd find a nice in-depth review on 'em, great vid. Super interesting that this company is out making new licensed Mighty Max sets: they seem have barely any attention over here in the U.S. so far, hoping more folks will hear about them and realize the line got revived. Relaly exciting for me as someone who's new to the toyline and doesn't have any vintage sets as of yet.

From what I've been seeing there still pretty tough to find in the US, I kinda get the feeling CultureFly didn't realise how popular they would be. Hopefully this is something they will rectify soon.

I think the Stone Protector minis are a diamond in the rough. Incredibly detailed pieces, just a shame the cartoon/comic plot wasn't as strong as the mini sculpts.

Yeah there was a rebooted cartoon series in 2016 but didn't hold up as well as the 90s Puppets. They seemed to lose alot of what made them so funny.

I actually bought a Box set of these for my daughter. It was a set with musicians! She mostly played with 4 specific ones, and called them The Bangles, who were her favorite group at the time! She even got her brother to give her some of his Toy Soldiers so that they could 'Entertain the Troops'. I was 8 years Military and told the kids about various U.S.O. shows I had seen. Never got to see Bob Hope, but I did get to see George Burns in 1982. Brooke Shields was also there, but was still a 'little girl' maybe a mid teen, so we were all polite. And, not sure about my memory, but I think 3 Cowboys Cheerleaders were there too. I have some pictures of them so I saw them somewhere. It was 30 years ago.
