Reinoheart's effect to summon itself from the GY when sent there by a card effect should have went off as it was sent by Minerva's milling effect. I hadn't used the effect that turn or in the duel at all and it never triggered. I know it should have because the other tearlaments cards trigger went sent the same exact way. Wording in the card also says if this card is sent, rather then when this card is sent. That means it doesn't miss timing either.
