so actually microsoft project was not designed for critical chain. What we can do is to do manual setting or adjustment so that the concept of CCPM could be implemented. Am i right?

It would be nice if you could publish all your lectures on this youtube channel and organize them into course playlists. Then past students can leverage them after taking a course with you by subscribing to your channel.

Hello, I cant level using levelling option because it changes the duration of the project. So I tried it manually by changing time and by assigning another resource to reduce number of units ( hours) and also I increased number of resources(units) in certain periods. By reducing units overallocation get solved. but where I cant assign another resource I tried changing the working days and hours of the calendar as exceptions. But it wont solve overallocation. How can I solve this? Thank you

Wow. This video is really cool. I was lying in bed tonight thinking about some of my recent conversations with people. Reflecting on them sparked my brain to come up with a concept extremely similar to yours. I thought of it as 'mindset of many possibilities'. I had to search if I could find anyone else who has thought of this idea before me. Sure enough I'm 3 years late! Awesome video, it conveys exactly how I have been trying to reconstruct the way I think after being exposed to a lot of no's and one tract mindsets.

Many cloud services provide a combination of the necessary options. Protection, CDN, DNS, including resource management. G-core labs, Cloudflare, AWS, and others. As someone wrote here, G-core labs is a good option, probably the best one I've listed.

It's so archaic. Many services have simple moderation and cloud access. We work with G-core labs, for example, a good option.

I just gained the brand new understanding on how the cryptocurrency works by looking at the tcp/ip model that you substituted, after spending years of reading articles here and there and still not knowing what it was all about. I started from your MS. project videos to this and been binge watching few of your videos so far. You have given a lot of great insight on these high buzzwords of emerging technology topics and you're very good with breaking down complex subjects and presenting it easy understandable manner! With that, I'm your new subscriber! Keep up a good work, great teacher!!! :)

What about the dark side of risk mitigation? Like trying to attach mental health conditions to employees to discredit them in advance just in case there is any future legal related complaint linked. Criminals often do this. Similar risk mitigation linked to criminals is get the young criminal a criminal record so that in the event of a legal complaint they can be discredited in a court. Criminals often report their own youth criminals in gangs so that they can gain more control, to spoil normal employment attempts, to create paranoia about so called "rats", divide and conquer to create mistrust to police. The police used could also be corrupt. How about seeing a boss give an unusual amount of pay rises indicating a sort of bribery. Does your company check stats via a third party to spot metric manipulations that could hide data. Should we look out for these markers to spot potential internal fraud in companies ? Other risk indicators can include tolerated bullying by management where they may be trying to force out individuals and replace them with gang members. Or if there is a pattern of a manager hiring uneducated managers does this indicate that someone is trying to make an organisation dumb so it can be robbed internally. Is risk mitigation creating the risk via odd behaviours ? Yes probably quite often linked to internal fraud you will. probably see complaints or find complaints swept under the carpet. Will criminals try to position. employees into extortion positions to mitigate their risk ? Maybe because these people over mitigate linked to paranoia and fear. The reality is most people dont care about internal fraud unless you start to mess with them and make plays for their reputations to place them into discredited legal positions so how good is risk mitigation for organisations, probably not strong if everyone is bribed in on it together. Personally I dont care about it, I just care about being respected and not having my reputation attacked. No one else cares either which is why the internal strategy is often open to corruptions.

Great video, Chad. One thing, though. AHP is not really about maths, it's about psychology and about people making decisions. While spreadsheets can do the maths, they are not effective in bringing people together in a visual way - and that's the bit that really adds value. There are various tools that do this well. TransparentChoice (my company), but also Decision Lens and Expert Choice. You can see examples over on our KZbin Channel (kzbin.info/door/VWQHx1ELN2POwpw5v0huHg) But thanks for a good overview!
