If you can get a cork renew, it should help with the cracks. That is what it’s made for, depending on how bad they are. If they are too bad then you would want to have a cobbler fix the cork.

Where do I purchase cork renew. Went to cobbler and hd doesn't carry it. Only a coating for cork. Does cork need to be cleaned as well. Also I can use baking soda and dish soap to wash the interior of sandal. I have seen on internet.

@@elisamarro7356 try google, or Amazon. I would clean the outside of the cork with a damp rag. Do not clean the inside with baking soda, it with mess the suede lining up. It won’t have the same feel and plus you don’t want to get the foot bed wet. Just use a suede cleaner if you need to. The dark imprint is normal and what you want to see, it is not dirt like people think.

Both …. Birkenstock makes them with different parameters between men and women and when you buy them you have to buy “for men” or “ for women” but the style is the same
