Coming back to this me and my friend will probably make a theory vid on this once i remake my original garden complex myth hunt and also s detail i noticed about the pills there's flowers 🌺 on the pills which could be connected to another game I played during this myth about the flower decay that maybe the virus is contained within these pills or that these pills are making hayashi worse due to probably having flower decay

I do have a few theories. I think this story is about someone who was born and left behind, and after some event they hid themselves from the rest of the world, afraid of what the new reality out there was like. After a while, this being or human mustered the energy to go out and explore, seeing that time had already gone past them and that nobody bothered to even look at them.. or no one was there. There’s also a recurring theme of space in this game; maybe something happened to the sky, or the protagonist just finds comfort in it. I know it’s some kind of symbolism, but it’s hard to place a finger on it. The first scene probably meant birth, like you said - I’d assume that the stars not moving represents the protagonist not moving along with the rest of the world. The piano is another possible example of this. Once the protagonist looked through the telescope, however, they realized where their place was in this world, realizing they’d been left behind with no chance of getting back on track. No chance of reconnecting with those they love. What happens after this could mean two things, maybe both: 1. The protagonist ascended to be a higher being, transforming into something inhuman 2. They committed death. Basically, this story is about being left behind, the cycle of life and death, stuff like that (I think), using outer space, light/warmth and the cold as a recurring theme for representing these things. There’s also a separate badge in the game that’s apparently really hard to get, so maybe that’s an alternative ending?
