The Latigo, Otunnu, Atuku Bety and Owiny Dollo are the people who enable the breaking of the back of Acholi people which Museveni and his groups were so desparate to do. Ogenga Latigo have learned nothing when it comes to dialoguing with Museveni. Latigo forget that or do not know that you cannot dialogue or negotiate with a person who is sitting over you while you are on the ground. That is the same as negotiating with a powerful person through a position of weakness. You will never get what you want if you choose to negotiate or dialogue with a person who is more powerful than you. You must also gain that power and go to a negotiation at a position of strength. Ugandans will get nothing by going to dialogue with Museveni from a position of weakness which they are in today.
