Can the fog light be changed without jacking it up? My partner is attempting it but we dont have a jack as far as i know

@@razakrazzle depends if you have aftermarket ecu. On facelift ones you can easily remove the immobiliser chip I have a video on it

Would it be possible to know if the EK9 Pre face bumpers fit directly onto EJ9? Yes or No? Would you be able to make a video for it to see how it will fit.

This is the only video that is correct on KZbin. All the others don't show you how to get the annoying far right screw out which means you have to take the bumper slightly off. So thank you for actually taking the time to make a proper correct easy to follow video! Made me life easier x

Yeh replaced barrel 1996 put back on but turns over . How do I imbolize new key please and barrel

Yes do .but has separate button push sensor key ring. But now does not evan unlock doors either now But separate. Key for ignition and key ring push button for door locks Key just normal

@@Tic97xP no mounting holes unfortunately but can get aftermarket braces that run along lower floor bolting into the seat belt holes

I found it , put the work in , took the risk on it having a bad engine If you are willing to risk a grand then go do it I took the risk lucked out and now have supplied it onto someone who doesn’t have to take that risk and can re shell it into there car That’s business If I bought it and engine turned out bad I would have lost all that money

If you do this i recommend you get the arch lining peg hook to make it easier i did it without and took me 40 mins all in and 30 of those minutes were spent trying to remove the pegs and get them back in😂

PCD Ek9 5*114,3,. Ej9 4*100, wheels 15"/14" Ek9 heve front and rear strut brace Ek9 have a tinted rear windows, red recaro seats sr3, dark plastic, no rear curtain and titanium knob of course! Oh! Also, ek9 has never been a hatch

@captainsvlog cut clamp bend it slides off .them shear bolts suck . Just put new one in .new key . Maybe need buy another lock sensor burrow push aswell? Reprogram it I don't no but getting flashing green light ...need do something so it takes new Kew and barrel and column

not sure how it is on ek9 but facelift ej9/ek4/ek3 have 2 side impact bars welded in the doors while prefacelifts only have 1 bar.

that’s why this is U.K. spec. but Yh ore facelift is easy to fit facelift more difficult. across the world they did different mountings god knows why

@@huktuned i agree The video makes more sense with the UK spec in general If you want a full 100% replica the right hand drive is necessary Still thanks for this video as it helped me a lot with this I only faintly heard about and wasn't to sure if it was actually true Especially the seam welding part everyone talks about but never have I ever heard about the actual locations

The EK9 pedals have a different height to make heel and toe easier. This EK9 looks pretty neglected 😢 thats a shame for such an icon.
