To any of these kinds of shows I usually look at the suggested time on the email/communication provided and then tack on some buffer time in case there's a line of people outside who also decide to arrive early. Expect to spend a lot of time waiting!

camera panning is too fast specially when you were taking a video of the pastries. maybe a bit slower so you can read the labels and look closely at the cakes/pastries etc.
