❤ Thank you for sharing this technique with us. I’ve collected many envelopes but struggled with covering them. Collaging around the opening is time consuming but your technique has inspired me to give it a try. You’ve decorated them so beautifully and truly transformed them into something so unique and LOVELY! BRAVO!🎉🎉🎉🎉

I keep trying to make a step-by-step video and got nearly done then hurricane Helene hit our area and I'm afraid I've been rather distracted. I'm getting back to it this week though; just had to reshuffle my studio around some.

Suggestion to use a pick tool to grab it off your double sided tape ... Only 1.25!! love Love LoVE going to #DollarTree! They've expanded their crafting section .. (it's an aisle now LoL) I love their 3D stickers & puffed ones tooo. I bought pks of sequins, scrap cardstock, confetti, rhinestones, & colored sand for shaker cards. Suggestion: your 2 ply envelope windows can be mini shakers 😮 Posted Dec 10.2024 prayer cards (located beside the registers) would also be beautiful as a bkgrd, as an option. I bought JoT organizer case for 1.25!! It is so wonderful!! The compartment sides are all the way to the top of case so if it gets knocked over (clumsy me has made it tumble several times) all the items stay it their designated space! How fantastic!! Frustration averted!! Part # 237368 Barcode # 195464130773 If your store doesn't carry it then you can order 'm online: DollarTree.com ~ Hope this helps!! PS I don't recommend the Jot glue sticks for everyday or computer paper but it is great for tissue & napkin. DollarTree has glue sticks 4 in a pk; at some locations have 6!! For 1.25!!! What an excellent deal! I was amazed, overwhelmed, & inspired w/ their new inventory! I mean..clear stamp sets.. what? Corner cutters I even saw acrylic blocks!!! They're small but hey... wow!! I am trying to! I got everything prepped and ready then Hurricane Helene slammed our little town (Erwin, TN). My studio was not hit by Helene but was hit with me being crazy busy in the cleanup and assisting others effort but this week a dear friend is cleaning and organizing it in tip top shape for me and I'll be back to posting video's again soon soon!

I have looked everywhere for prettu little charms for different things. I can find some that have bigger pieces than l want, animals or skulls l don't want. Mostly size and types l struggle to find. Still looking though, yours are so pretty.

8/13/24: Just when I thought I'd seen it all, here comes this project. OMG, I was totally mesmerized by the technique and all that you used in putting it together. I am so inspired to make a few now that I have a stack of envelopes waiting in the wings craving to be dressed up! This is a gift in and of itself and whomever I give it to, I hope they appreciate the work that goes into it and keeps them someplace special forever. Thank you for sharing it. It was fun to watch. That’s what I’m always scare of, that my beautiful envelope end up in the garbage somewhere, a lot of people def know they are beautiful, hopefully they’ll keep it, I used to not make cards for that reason, because I know people like them, but I think after awhile, they end up throwing them out, now I’m making them, and hoping for the best, lol …….. but those envelopes are gorgeous, If I ever make them, I don’t think I can give them away, unless is someone in the group as a happy mail. I am inspired by your work.

I've scored quite a bit from thrift stores by just asking if they sell broken jewelry bits. Several have filled my car with boxes filled with tangled and broken jewelry! I also buy from a local lady who sells me her discards by the pound.
