Sir, Created two node cluster on Oracle Virtual box environment. Installed Oracle client on the host machine. But not all able to do tnsping via scan name. Thanks for this. But here you have shown of downloading oracle database 12c and used perinstall oracle 19c. Can you make video of downloading and installing oracle database 19c. I could see there is difference in package structure in both versions.

after you install , if you type service mongod status - maybe it wont work, you can try this sudo systemctl start mongod if fail to start then type sudo systemctl daemon-reload Then check status sudo systemctl status mongod later you can try service mongod status

@@wysheid2009 I was struggling to gave a sql user readonly acces. I tried this on instance level. On instance level you can set the database and member roles. But that didn't work. Luckely I find your very clear instructions and that works instantly, You have a new subscriber.

Sir, I have a doubt..At 29:49. You mentioned that we should transfer the backup pieces exactly in same location in destination. What if that whole Drive is not available in destination?

1) you can create soft link 2) you can catalog the backup pieces in the new locations and restore

Hi Rajath, this video was created quite long back,so I am not remembering exactly to what time point in this video you are discussing.if you can share the time I can have a look. Now regrding the standby creation ,,we we have to create a standby controlfile from the primary and use that standard control file to Mount the standard by database. This can via creating standby control from primary and scp to standby or by using rman create standby controlfile and use that backup piece to restore standby controlfile on stanbdy and mount
