major privacy issues in this house and all the neighbouring houses as well. why is it that the developers never seem to pay attention to these problems and plan the layout and the positioning of their houses accordingly? wouldn't that make their products far more desirable?

I like the finishings on this property. But there's something about the Floorplan that needs to be reimagined. The kitchen, family room, dining area and bar areas seems to be in scrambled spaces.

lot sizes are small and homes are way too close for comfort. No backyard privacy and windows looks into next door home. Great showing!

The land up there at SkyVu in MacDonald Highlands are one of the most premium in the entire valley. If they were to offer larger lots, these homes would be much higher in price.

@jimmymcgill5572 I think it's to save on costs. I believe removing the windows will require more than just drywall repair but in addition may require you to add supporting beams.

@@AlanHuiRealtyI’m sure it is to save on costs but they are cutting their nose to spite their face. Spending hundreds of thousands on an interior remodel yet leaving 30 year old outdated windows that scream outdated is beyond stupid and has always agitated me. Its cheapness.

Surfing for Vegas Homes... this luxury home is beautiful outside & inside, BR w/ their own BA is significant plus privacy in your own time...quality & finesse of each room 10/10 ...pool w/ covered patio is amazing...the structural engineer and interior designer's teamwork didn't waste any space..this house is worth the asking price

Lived in Europe. France's TGV is fast and comfortable. It runs at speeds 300 kph and above. Brightline will run on the same voltage and guage as the California HSR, and thus can run directly on the CAHSR lines.

I'm good with the drainage easements. Love the first home with a pool, water feature and detached casita, rent it out to airline people who will rarely be there, no smoking, no drinking and no drugs. Grand slam home run Alan, getting into "The peoples" homes with these small developers, great value at $2.7M !!! A sky view observation deck would be nice. Ascaya is nice but starting to re-think the 3 security gates system. RV garage is also a big hit!!!

Not sure of the entryway being grand. The entry way structure with big pillars are disconcerting to eye appeal, along with bright white walls in a desert climate, and added mixed matched, Staging-furniture emanate willingness to sell at any cost desperation.
