The Tornado Intercept Vehicle 2 (TIV-2) is a vehicle used to film tornadoes with an IMAX camera. It was designed by Sean Casey, an IMAX filmmaker and stormchaser. How it works: The TIV-2 is built to withstand extreme weather conditions and stay on the ground during a tornado. It has a military-style turret that spins 360° to allow the crew to film in any direction. The TIV-2 also has hatches for smaller format cameras. What it's used for: The TIV-2 is used to capture footage of tornadoes to help scientists gain a better understanding of them. It's also used in storm research and documentaries. Notable events: In 2013, the TIV-2 intercepted a tornado in Lebanon, Kansas with winds up to 175 mph. This was the strongest intercept made by the TIV-2. In 2023, the TIV-2 intercepted a tornado in Laverne, Oklahoma. Becca Furnish became the first female driver of the TIV-2. Feel like this would go hard swinging either with old school justice style drumwork or a deadmau5's progressive style under it.

How do you make these animations? It seems like an oscilloscope in xy mode, but what are controlling the xy parameters? Left and right audio channels, two synths, something else? And what do those numbers at the top of the screen mean in the section starting around 9:20? I'm really curious to know what I'm looking at and what it means!
@someone-o9d3kКүн бұрын
If you havent already, can you do a video explaining the visual?
