To me Stanley woods was one greatest in motorcycle racing. He surely was a gentleman. Unfortunately I never could afford a KTT but I have got a Venom and an MAC, I believe that was because of him and his KTTs. Would someone tell me where I can get the book and the DVD? I need shipping to Germany.

Is this the coastal road from Larne via carnlough etc..? Doing this on the bike this April..
@PAULDONNELL2 жыл бұрын
Yes it’s bits of the coast from Larne right up the coast as far as Portstewart, it’s fantastic on a good day but heavy traffic at times though plenty of passing opportunities. Don’t think it included the Torr Head loop which is well worth adding to your route but be careful the roads on Torr head aren’t good and very very narrow.

That was excellent, enjoyed that.. I’m a late 80s/90s fan of bikes. Loved the RC30s, and that Ducati 888SP was something else! I have a few bikes myself, ‘90 ZXR750 H2, ‘98 GSXR750 SRAD, ‘99 Fireblade, ‘04 RSV Factory, and ‘04 ZX12R… if I could fit more bikes into my garage, I would 😄 Thanks for taking the time to video and share 👍🏼

The next one will be even better, they’re hoping to have classic racing next one rather than parade laps. Though some of the parade laps were quick enough. Hopefully 2022, sadly though it was being organised wasn’t able to go ahead with uncertainty around the current situation.🤞

It would have been particularly good to do something really special this year being the 20th anniversary, but sadly the current Covid restrictions it wouldn’t be possible to do much more. But would definitely be good to see more on the great Joey Dunlop. If your an Amazon Prime subscriber I’ll post a link below to a fantastic video on Joey Dunlop.
@@PAULDONNELL yes for the 20th.there is a only bits and pieces online,not enough.do please post link for joey on amazon,i dont have subscription but will get.

The link is above, the film is called ‘Joey Dunlop 1952-2000’ it’s easily the best documentary film I’ve watched on Joey Dunlop covering his career. It’s 1 hour 45 minutes long.

I have known it as "The Dam "for 50 years . And the lower pond at the bottom gate close to the factory Big house is the "Black Dam "
@PAULDONNELL4 жыл бұрын
The bottom pond is very overgrown now, but my dad knows it well and filled me in on some of the history. It’s a very nice place to have beside you for a dander. Lot of really big dragon flies on the dam.

Class.. where do I go to find these roads?
@PAULDONNELL4 жыл бұрын
Jasy's motorcycle adventures, honestly I’d have trouble finding them again.. but can’t go wrong see in around North of Cookstown right through the Sperrins the roads are all fantastic heading over towards Feeney. I know that day I hadn’t a planned route as such was just I’ll take this road and see where it takes me type thing, couple of the stops where Lough Fea, and Beaghmore Stone circles. If I’m planning a route generally what I do is have google maps running in terrain view so you know where the hills are, and where lakes and rivers are. If you plan your routes round hills, and water your nearly always in for a treat.
