It's worth noting you can do this only AFTER you attune to all aetherites in Enclave.

You did this wrong. You were supposed to grind the series out, but you were not supposed to collect anything yet. You wait to collect your stuff once Series 7 starts. Now when Series 7 starts and the new pvp gear comes out. You won't have the necessary trophy crystals to buy everything right away. You basically wasted a ton of trophy crystals lol

Fix the damn mount music

Its not the coolest mount since its so quiet, but you will get the urge to buy it when you see the vendor

amazing! I'm currently lvl27 would I be able to fly this right away even if not reaching lvl50 yet? And also I am on freetrial account would I be able to buy this on the mogstation without losing the freetrial?

Getting the riding maps with 6 fates was always the first thing i did with every new zone since that speed really helps when you cant fly, oh and i still have 4 zones to max out, but currently im collecting 500 vouchers for those EW BLACK ANGEL WINGS :D (I SOLO´d EW FATES right before DT launch, each zone took about 2.5 hours, but at least EW fates are now 100% unlocked)

I still have to do this. I haven't done many fates yet. I've just been focusing on leveling. I only have Picto and Viper left.

Not the whole exp go to said job, the exp you get from completing the duty goes to the job you joined as and the rest goes to the job you are on.

It's kind of funny I could figure this out on my own, but I couldn't figure out that when you pick Wondrous Tails, if you pick it as the highest level you have, you get a way higher exp bonus for any jobs you redeem stickers at. Also, to throw an extra tip for starts: the fastest way to get a job from 1 to 30 is having a friend, preferably SCH or anyone that can shield you and go to Costa del Sol, and they need to stick around with you. You will attack one of those mobs level 32, and after you attack, your friend must kill it, and you will get full exp. It is important tho that your friend MUST NOT BE IN PARTY WITH YOU, otherwise you won't get credit. Doing this you can get from 1 to 30 in about 20 minutes.

When they implemented this it was noted in the patch notes and nowhere else ever again (to my knowledge at least). My Wife was also very surprised you could do this since no other of the games she played before allowed this. Also: You look like a Real life RoeBro :)

Frontlines leveling... I'll be doing that in Dawntrail. However, I have been farming frontlines for achievements. I want my mounts. I got four wins in a row this morning.

Something to keep in mind is that this doesn't just work for XP. You can queue as a level 90 job in order to get causality and comedy tomestones and then switch to a non-90 job if you want to play it for variety. You won't get XP in that case, but you'll get high level tomestones (including any from the daily bonus). Useful if you're like me, just came back after 2 years out of the game, and you're scrambling to fully gear your level 90 job for Dawntrail while collecting Genesis 2 stones for the event.

Alright this time the video has audio not sure what happen there. All i did was just re upload it and it works now. Thanks for giving me a heads up on it. Also i hope this quick tip helps new players. If you did not know that you could so this.

Here's some fun facts from a ARR vet that did this the very 1st time this event came on and then the 3rd time, where they added the chair mount: 1) RNG was much lower for legendaries. It took me about 700+ fates for the original 13 weapons (13 jobs at the time) which were available back in HW I also heard horror stories of others taking 800+ fate, so ya, consider yourselves lucky that it got boosted a while back Also, not sure if the count for tokens was higher before, although I wouldn't doubt it In case new peeps are wondering, 4 weapons (making current total 17) and the chair mount were added in Shb expansion when the event returned then 2) Back then the game was far more "social" in that you would have more chatter in shout and a lot of fate groups all over the place, which made it "fun" at times and made the even a little more enjoyable if you participated. This was kind of like Eureka in that sense, if you were around for that. 3) No Blue mage back in HW, so we didn't worry about them Pro Tip: Since the further you go into collecting weapons the requirement count for legendary tokens goes up; For anyone new, you should leave the 3 minions that have "Outer La Noscea" location last as there are 2 fates in the cave that activate each other, which means you can spam those 2 without stopping, literally go back and forth with those 2 fates. :) Back then that was referred to as the fate train, by some. :) The Upper left boss fate and Upper right boss fate.

Was excited to actually get new skins for reaper and sage when they announced this was running again. Instead I got to buy a framers kit and forget the event exists.

Hey, do you know if they buffed the Legendary Medal drop rate? So far all guides I've seen say it's between a 25% to a 33% drop rate. But yours was 40.8%, and mine so far has been 55%, 88 legendary medals in 160 fates so far. I was mentally prepared to do like 550 fates but it looks like I'll only need to do around 300 if this keeps going.

The last 2 weapons seem to be on Stormblood and I just started Heavensward. It doesn't look like I will get the last mount unless I have time to grind.

I finished it last week, that was a lot of work for all those minions and mounts that I will never use lol. Just for the collection lol I just took advantage and used the time/fates to level up my Blue Mage.

I normally do all the events but this one....i just CBA.

Mid-July/Early August. It's usually a few months out from the last expac update, which we just got with 6.58.

I want it to be in July but that's more of a hope than a prediction. I work a full time job and don't get a lot of free time due to it, but during late July/early August I'm free for an entire 3 weeks and I hope I'll be able to play Dawntrail at this time. I'm hands down betting that we will finally get the release date during PAX east though.

Kinda hopeful for June for one major reason: My ass lives in Florida and I'd rather not get shafted by a hurricane like I did with Ian. Its why I'm worried about summer releases because hurricane season is highly unpredictable. Hell, Ian hitting us was a shock. Left us without power for about a week or two with generators going off throughout the night. On the bright side, I finally got the time to read a book I had about dictators throughout history. It was such a good read that I wish i could wipe my memory of it to re-read it fresh
