I have the Vedder pocket locker holster for my S&W Shield plus and it works great. I live in the southeast and I wear cargo shorts the majority of the time so pocket carry is my preferred way to carry and this holster is great!!! For the extra money (I think it was only $10 at the time that I purchased it) the thumb break and curve are a must, the pistol comes out with no problems and keeps the holster in the pocket every time.

Works great for the Max. Definitely get the thumb break and the curve. Curve follows your leg and break really helps you draw clean.

I like both pistols.not a big fan of the crimson stuff.i have the SIG P 938. SUPER little pistol.easy to "hide". shoots really well, sights are also outstanding. don't know squat about Kimber.

Pretty nice, I'll try picking one up, i currently have the Houston holster, it's a lot smarter than that one.. I also have a grip sleeve from hogue give you a few extra milliliters of grip thickness.. if you want one of these LCPs, buds gun shop has just about every variety.

I just bought this exact pistol yesterday at Bass Pro. I bought a P224 there also, and they are shipping the P220 to my hometown BP. I can't wait to pick it up! I'm looking fir some stout 10mm ammo. Probably Underwood or Buffalo Bore.

I have the exact same gun that I just recently got & it shoots a foot low too!!! Thanks for the advice I'll try that. I really do think Ruger needs to adjust their sights on though, or offer a compensated front sight.

The only gun I can carry 24/7.... Even in shorts, They also make a 13 round mag and of 15 round mag.. put you some +p Underwood extreme penetrators in it.

So I have the 45 xdm elite 3.8 and the only issue and I have small hands is that my pinky falls off,so I bought the pierce grip plus one pinky extension, my mags or 10 rounders I didn't need a extra round ,just the extension, I put the pierce together and the dam mag would not lock into the reciever, so I emailed pierce and shot them some pics and they said I had ro remove thr mag flar in order to get it to fit ,duh,that stupid flar ,I have no idea why they put it on their at all its ugly and gets in the way of your pinky rapping around ,I could not find any videos of install of pierce grip on the xdm elite 45 3.8, then I watched your video and boom that mag flar came up again ,great video I'm following suite as well,

It’s a crappy little gun that doesn’t need a 75th anniversary badge. It’s good for summertime pocket carry.

I have both the M25 and the M11-A1. The M25 will eat up anything but the M11 coughs sometimes. Failure to extract every 2-3 hundred rounds or so. Both nice guns. Probably the best 9mm's to come down the pike!

Nice video you got here :) I have bought second hand P-09 recently and I want to ask, if barrel crown is a little bit shine after cleaning or not? Something like gloss grey or so. Mine isn't black as other parts of barrel so if I should worried about rust etc. (I really don't think so, feeding ramp is mirror like as well chamber but I just want to be sure). There were tons of hard carbon in barrel and after cleaning with solvents, brass brush etc. I've used polishing paste for last remnants. I can't imagine how I could damage the nitriding with a fine paste on a soft cloth brush so anticorrosion durability should be still same.

I have a question on your Toyota steps. I was going to purchase the same ones for my 2024 Tundra and the parts lady at the Toyota dealership said this We do not sell to many of this style because honestly, it's a horrible design. They sit really close to the cab and no room for your foot to step on. What’s your thought on this? Do they set too close to the cab and is there no room to put your foot to step on to get in and out of the truck?
@TheArkansasGunGuy3 күн бұрын
they are kind of close to the cab. i don't use them, but my wife does. I'm 6'2", she is 5'2".

Glad to see another enthusiast! Looks like we caught the M-Carbo bug about the same time? My serial number is very close to yours. I have the flip to side platform with a Romeo and the line of sight could still be a bit higher. It's a trade off I learned to live with with a folding rifle. I did put a Crimson Trace Rail Master on it for those bump in the night situations. Then a couple of quick connects for a light weight sling. So I now have north of $1,300 in a rifle you can buy off the shelf for $400 or so. No remorse! I love it. Good luck and thanks for the video.

I have substantial respect for both H&K any CZ autoloaders. Perhaps the finest semiautomatic I own is an H&H USP Tactical, chambered in .45 ACP. BUT, CZ’s - founded on the CZ 75B fundamental design - are (imho) the standard of comparison, especially for duty and compact sized weapons. I have never fired a P2000, however, I have thousands of rounds experience with my P-07 . . . and it has factually been flawless. It is extremely accurate, reliable, durable, with superb ergonomics, and its retail price is affordable. It’s a weapon that will last for generations, will exceed all expectations, and it has the ideal “Goldilocks size:.” The P-07 is small enough to be comfortably and easily concealed, yet it is large enough to serve as a home defense or duty weapon, it has a barrel length / sight radius that provides better muzzle velocity and practical accuracy than do the mini-compacts, and it offers 15+1 capacity (without any alterations to the factory magazines).

P07 has been on the want list for a SA/DA ccw for a couple years. Would grab one up tomorrow if CZ could update the p07/09’s - maybe factory optics cut? These old eyes made the switch to optics and Im not about to switch back. Flat trigger snob too.

The p2000 was also when the decocker moved to the back and the trigger/ hammer changed to what we see in the p series guns. Aside from liking the decocker on the back, the usp is still better imo
