Stop here before wasting your time watching this video. Image in comments is not Android only, Eygpt only, or IPhone only. This is a slow release feature. The reason it is a slow release feature is because it's easier for the tiktok servers to store comments than images since comments are a couple bytes and images are whole megabytes. More and more people, however, are getting images in comment sections. So all you can do is wait your turn.

you can try a emulator on PC, or use another device if you did it 3 times, on at least 2 devices (or emulator) and different vpn servers, if it doesn't work consider it patched you can also try a paid vpn (free trial) if you really want it. Theres also mods that make you pay but currently is also patched

Found more information about this feature. The thing is, you'll have to pay for it ($6 USD), which prob means that it's a feature that isn't rolled out to anyone, but the modders flipped a switch in the code to unlock it
