Bernadette is VERY cute on you! I looked at it on Amazon. The description said she’s heat friendly so the curls could be manipulated if they’re too tight. Especially Yours wigs are PY wigs for women of color…many kinky curly styles. I’m glad you tried Especially Yours. I got one that’s human hair and HF fibers in light blond. Curled it yesterday and waiting for makeup to try it on. It was on clearance with addt’l % off so paid $20. plus change!! I HAD to pull the trigger!!☺️👏 Like Bernadette for you. Happy Thanksgiving!!🦃

I don't like real dark rooting plus when I color my hair, there's no rooting except grey! Lol So, it looks all one color afer coloring & seems to me, most ppl's hair looks one color after coloring. I don't think most ppl can afford fancy die jobs these days. Can they?

Hi Misskitty! I agree, when I was coloring my hair, I preferred not to have rooting showing. But now that I'm wearing wigs, the rooting adds more realism to the wig. At the end of the day, it really is a matter of personal preference and what you feel comfortable in. I don't know how people can afford professional coloring, it's crazy how much it costs. Unfortunately, using credit cards for everyday expenses and hair coloring/getting nails done is becoming the norm. Thank you So much for watching!

I just ran across this and I realize it’s two years old! Anyway, I have a topper that needs thinned at the top (once again😩). My fault really because I forced the hairstylist to be very conservative when she thinned it.I do not want to pay someone again to thin it more so I’m thinking about trying it on my own. However, I noticed little short hairs that do stick out from having had it thinned before, and I do not like that look. I wonder if I’d could set aside the top layer at the part, then place my thinning shears up against the part line. Wouldn’t that prevent the one and a half to 2 inch links of hair that stick out on the top of my head throughout the day? I guess I do not understand why you can’t cut it at the very crown? It seems like that would eliminate all of shorter strands. Hopefully, you understand what I’m trying to ask. Thank you

@Clouds457 Hi! You are absolutely right. You should leave a couple inches or so of hair at the crown or where you plan to part the hair alone. That way, you'll have longer hair to cover those short hairs. Thank you So much for watching 😌!

Tatum looks terrific. She’ll never go out of style. Curly bangs can be tricky but these bangs are perfect. She’s a keeper! I have an off topic question: Can you wear a wig to get a mammogram? Does the metal interfere?

@Debcatawba Yes, Tatum is a classic style 😍. I am planning on trying to straighten the bangs a little with some gentle heat using my blow brush. You can definitely get a mammogram with a wig on since no metal parts are directly in the area being xrayed. You would not be able to wear one for an MRI. Thank you So much for watching 😌!

This is very cute on you. I'd like to get one curly. I have naturally curly hair. Too thin to work with anymore. And when I was younger and had thick hair I wanted my hair straight. And when I tried to get it to be nice curly it would be too frizzy to look nice. I'd like to see this one in the color in the catalog. Rum Raisin. I'm sticking with my brunette colors for now. It's what I've been used to . This color looks great on you though.

That’s so weird… I said the exact same thing. I am a Realtor and I had ovarian cancer and went through chemo. 🙄Yes, and I did the all consuming research on wigs - quite the journey 😂I found a wig similar to my bio hair that I could work in. And only one of my clients found out about the wig/chemo and said why didn’t you tell us? Then started being concerned and asking questions. I said, “Because this isn’t about me. I want to stay focused on your needs and the job I am doing for you.”

So, in front of the whole family, I told her it was a wig 😜! But seriously, except for my coworkers, I prefer to keep that information private.
