you gotta enable cheats in console (sv_cheats 1) then type "noclip" and you can fly. also this is how u enable console: Start the game and go to Settings. Then click on the ‘Game’ tab. Change the 'Enable Developer Console’ option to ‘Yes.’ Close the menu. Once you have turned it on, press the (~) key on the keyboard to open the CS2 console.
