You ain’t do something kind for a stranger. You changed that boys life. Now he’s gonna eat, sleep and breathe fish. He will work his ass off to afford all the crap he’s gonna need. You introduced him to a lifetime of excitement and heartbreak. I just hope y’all ain’t got trout over there or the poor boy could become a trout bum like me😂❤

Omg that's crazy! Lightning was so far away visibly, but I hear it can send strikes 10km away from the core of it

@splucy geez that's crazy I had to lay the rods down for a few hours was having a snapper bash off the rocks and same thing storm was ages away but some how it was conducting thru the rods

I’m probably wrong here but I think it’s the static in the air. You know how people say before lightning strikes your hair stands on end? I think the rods build up a lot of static electricity and zap you. I bet you could recreate it with a microfiber cloth and a blank

That little jetty you are fishing on down near the mouth of the Dawesville cut is an awesome spot , definitely one of the best spots in Mandurah for night fishing .

I’m a single mum in Perth, my brother lives in Denmark and just got him a rod and a tackle box with all sorts in it for Christmas. We have no idea what we’re doing but I’m trying to get my 11 year old son (only child) into fishing so he has a hobby. I’m going to start following you. I wish there was lessons out there for beginners so I could help him and join in. Do you know of any?
