House needs help it’s screaming for an up date , or used as a rental..fence is awesome…this place is a hot mess, the pool area needs lots of work… best part of this place is the outdoor paddocks…

Ed Zachary! Decent house on shit road with shit area around. Good luck insuring it. Too many roof angles, valkeys, places to leak, and roof is dirty. For that money you should expect an impeccable lawn and garden, not weeds on sand. Garage should be turned into.living space, house is small and cramped. Where is the big payoff?

Piece of shit dirt road to get to a overpriced house, and an annoying host who talks through his nose, talks too much, and waves his hands and huffy and puffs just standing there. The house is nice, but not $800k nice. The real estate market is way out of whack. But then, look who runs it. A bunch of crooks you give money to that do nothing but show you the house and then get a huge percentage for sending your paperwork to the title and deed people, more money there. These speculators jack up prices, steal your money and drive most people out of the market. Florida has always been boom or bust, and the bubble will burst soon. 2007 is not that long ago, people lost everything in the same way. Greedy realtors, lenders, banks, take your money and run. Crooks, all of them.

Please don't take that fence down. Anyone that wants that will make that choice. So much $$$. This is way better than the last place you showed for over 800,000. Same area near equestrian center. So much potential for income. Absolutely beautiful. If not for the ridiculous interest rates I'ld sell my east coast fla place and grab that!

Pros-Nice house. Nice grounds. Dirt road access. Privacy. Cons- Dirt road access. Why back gate to paved road not primary entrance? No closet in the bigger bedroom. How old is roof, AC, WH, water pump? Frame house which will cost more for insurance. Does that pizza oven work? Quality/age of fencing on property. Pool condition/maintenance? Why selling? Price high for no fencing/room for any large animals. Neighborhood at back entrance seems messy/sketchy.

Please understand that when we mention prices in our videos that if there is a price change (and many times there are, sellers always like to price their homes at the top of the market) that instantly makes the video obsolete. In our opinion it's always best to call (even if we mention a price) to get updated information on the home anyway.
