Or if the stupid Orphic Hymns say that Zagreus was reincarnated as Dionysus, I would find a way to kill Dionysus and take his heart. Then, I will bring the heart to Hades and Persephone to bring Zagreus back as their youngest son. But if the stupid Orphic Hymns are falsehood, wrong, lies, deceptions, and frauds, then it means that the stupid Orphic Hymns have been deceiving and mocking us all these years.

Yeah I've really gravitated to Storm Ring starts at least for Medea, just a really powerful cast that helps with groups of enemies and also does great single target damage to bosses.

@@tvman2181 You could interpret some myths like that, but the Hades game can just make it where Typhon is deathless like Chronos and Prometheus. That way you can explain how he comes back each run.

I ran a simple twin blades romantic spark build and got 151K damage total with blitz having 210 base dmg, it really doesn’t benefit all that much from the flames.

Been binge-watching all your Hades II videos, keep up the good work ! Btw, I'm a classic studies student so each time Supergiants get the greek refs/legends right make me squeal. (That's just my assumption but there's a ressource (the golden apple) that you'll only be able to get when you fight Eris, in reference to her using the very same apple to begin the Trojan war. As for the Odysseus bath scene, on top of making me laugh and simp, it reminded me of his meeting with Circe who is, funnily enough, another magician/witch super badass woman who transforms men into pigs lol.) I'd recommend you to take a look at the other characters' lore if you haven't alrealdy to get the other references but the game does a good job at giving it to you whilst still being original. Chat also helps a lot, so really it's just me nitpicking lol. Anyway, can't wait to see you play the full game! Oh and please don't pay attention to any grammar mistakes, I'm a non-native eng speaker.

Torches definitely are in need of buffs. Once you try Fear 32 runs this becomes quite apparent, pretty much every other weapon has something that allows them to push through Fear 32, torches are just pure suffering at that level. Best bet for torches atm is omega specials with melinoe aspect or lean into the normal attack with aspect of eos, but even then its not enough for high fear.

i tried useing this wepon like 3 times and couldnt get to the hecate so is it the best to use the omega special all the time and use attack from time to time ?

I would say yes to using the omega special and normal special more than the attack. I find the attack a little awkward and the hammers for the special better. The speed of the special works very well with a lot too: Hestia, Aphrodite, Hera, Apollo, etc.

You can upgrade te arcana cards with moon dust and other resources, should be an icon in the bottom right screen (on an xbox controller is the X button). Moon dust is all you need to upgrade to 2 death defiances, the third will require star dust from Chaos Trials. Hope that helps!

@@carelessssss once you unlock enough Arcana cards (not entirely sure how many) Hecate gives you an incantation for it. Then you can make them in the cauldron, buy them from the broker, or trade Charon cards for them!

Just comes down to luck on that one. Unfortunately there is still no way to reroll hammers so if you're struggling with the staff I'd just keep trying. It's far and away the best hammer for the staff.

I had to first unlock all available weapons including the skull, get to Hecate in Erebus once more, and then she gave me the incantation. Hope that works for you!

The torches were my least favorite so far, but I ended up beating chronos with them yesterday. Also, rare crop is phenomenal early on.

Thank you! With the bull rush it's just knowing you have to attack once before charging, so pressing the button twice very quickly. Also the range is better than the indicator looks, so you don't have to charge it as long as you'd think to hit enemies. Hope that helps!
