So, I decided to go Withering Garden 11/11 Solo as Billy and then played this during Niveneh fight, It got me so hyped -I just wanna thank someone at Hoyo for not putting a Timer during the final fight, that bossfight took nearly an HOUR but it was worth it-

Both wear red, have almost the same personality, and both have broken the fourth wall. So basically Billy is the PG-13 deadpool since Billy doesn't cuss
