Brother I respect your grind and always been an avid watcher of your channel. But can you show again how to make your makeshift punching bag please. It’s been a while I can’t find that video from like a few years ago when you explained how to make it. Thank you 🙏🏾

You cant really build strength to punch harder. Its all about technique and weight transfer. Otherwise bodybuilders would be the best fighters but most punch like a chump.

Great video but also another great factor about Walker Smith Jr aka Sugar Ray Robinson; is that he was also a tap dancer. To which if you seen their fluidity, quick paced movements, and phenomenal rhythm of their feet. You would be astonished with how great they are in moving with their lower bodies. That’s also what SRR did when he temporarily retired, along with acting. I really enjoyed your talk about walking. It seems simple but is of vital importance as even a basic proper way of walking goes a long way and is good for longevity for a healthier, more vibrant, lengthy way of living. Fantastic video you made here
