Hi I just bought sm7db. Do I need to turn off sm7db preamp first (back to bypass) before turning off my phantom power and audio interface? Or it doesn't matter, I can leave the sm7db preamp at +28db while turning off my phantom power and audio interface?

When the receiver is in IN (wired) it is muted (the mute-led lights up) and not in TX. How do you fix that? Thanx!

Cool vid.... If u decide to do an update, here are some ideas... 1. Consider stating more information on the portable rack. Meaning recommending or making statements of some things to consider when selecting a rack....Should it be metal or plastic....any particular brand to consider if Shure does not already have cases for purchase. 2. Power conditioners....I am assuming the top piece of gear in the rack was a power conditioner. 3. Consider showing a close up of the final setup. Even if u just take a picture and show it as a thumbnail. It was not enough light for me to see your final setup. Its fine. U can still save time, money, and energy by not using adequate lighting for this demo as long as u show photos. Background.... I am hoping to obtain an Axient quad, but lately I have been wondering if I need to upgrade my case for the quad. Of course, Shure could make my life easier by just offering an SlxD in a quad format. Its just me. So I need something that is long term, portable, easy for just me to operate, and I like the Axient concept with all of the available channels and features on the Axient. In either case, I still think the video was fine although too dark to really see anything. I have racked my Slx before the Digital version so I understood the concepts. I was really here to see if I needed a new case, but from what I can tell, I think my case is close enough in quality that I do not likely need a new case. In either case... Cool vid....

Would I run into phase issues if I run a pair in hammer postion and other in outer position?

Just bought one of these last week and used for a huge event and it works great. I also have the SM35 but the SM31FH seems sounds better to me when I switched them out from the same receiver. Is there a difference in the audio quality?

I just bought the wireless MoveMics without the receiver - they connect fine with the MotivVideo App and sound great outside with fuzzy topper for wind BUT the app must be used for the video recording and is Heating up my iPhone 11 Pro super high and drains the iPhone battery pretty quickly. Is this a known issue? Does having the receiver help alleviate this issue or any other suggestions to alleviate?

So I'm planning on getting a second shure glxd4r+ in a couple of weeks they will be rack mounted side by side both shure receivers for my guitars will be turned on and active on different channels I'll be toggling shure receiver A & B with an instrument selector so the passive antenna splitter will work for this configuration? Also if I decide to not turn on one receiver and just use one shure receiver does that mean the passive antenna splitter will still work?? Unfortunately I don't have room for a rack mount distribution system lol
