To be able to keep running games on 240~1000hz/fps, You will need to buy a whole new pc every facking year(THIS IS HOW NVIDIA AND INTEL PROFITS FROM SUCKERS.)...You also will have to keep playing games that either RUN on a CellPhone or play CALL OF GOOFYs to achieve such HIGH HZ/FPS FOR-EVER. GPU temp is almost suspiciously low. New cards from AMD have two temp senors, GPU temperature and GPU hotspot temperature. GPU hot spot determines the clock speed you hit and is normally 10-20C higher than GPU temperature. My 7800 xt hell hound runs 75c core, 90c hotspot 980rpm fans. I have seen screenshots on reddit of 60C core temps and 100C+ hotspot with thermal throttling and loud fans, when thermal paste has been applied poorly or the cooler has had a defect. Dont think your performance looks bad but I dont play those games, and gpus tend to be clocked over the point of dimishing returns so minor thermal throttling dosent always have that noticeable performance drop.

Be careful with amd and DX12 on fortnite. I get crazy freezes playing on DX12 on fortnite as well as times where the game just wont load. Im on a 6700xt which should make light work of fortnite but my fps is significantly lower on DX12 compared to DX11. I generally find the same thing in other games that support DX12 and vulkan but not as bad as fortnite.
