It’s a decent-sized backyard for the area and there’s a deck. I mostly film these house tours when there’s an open house. There was another family in the backyard when I filmed this one. If there was a pool or something spectacular about the backyard, I would have waited for the family to leave 😀 (so your assumption is mostly correct)

It could be but I don’t think this particular property is ideal for an income property because there isn’t much separation between upstairs and the basement. This second laundry is probably more suited for an in-law suite or a nanny suite.

It’s right on the street and the back yard isn’t that big. The rooms don’t look that large either so it feels like the sq footage is exaggerated.

The only thing impressive with this house was office ( when you first walk in) and the basement (lower level floor) and everything else... not impressed and definitely not worth $7 million! With $7 million I could buy a 20000 sqft mansion in the midwest! Thanks for sharing video though!
