@AY-ej6py The powders created with our ultrasonic equipment and NanoStabilizer-LSO reconstitute into nanoemulsions with droplet sizes similar to those present in the original nanoemulsions before they were dried. Your drying method should not affect that in the way you are describing it. If you are using our ultrasonic equipment and NanoStabilizer-LSO, please contact our support team to troubleshoot your process.

@@IndustrialSonomechanics Thanks for the reply. Drying methods do matter. Nano spray-dryer, not conventional spray-dryer, is needed to produce nano-powder. It is only available at lab scale and very expensive. You may want to revisit the technology.

@@AY-ej6py It's important to distinguish between "powder grain size" and "size of the oil droplets" that are dispersed within the solid matrix (the oil droplets which were nano-emulsified before the water was removed). In our earlier comment we were referring to the latter. You can spray dry the LSO-based nanoemulsion into a powder or use another drying method and have a solid, and those oil droplet sizes will not change.
