Your internet provider has a shit tunnel to Asia and the VPN is giving direct route.

Except both the ISP and VPN use exactly the same tunnel. The only difference is connecting to the VPN IP in Singapore before connecting to the game server.

@@Sentinel-Ai Already done with ping plotter www.pingplotter.com/ I wouldn't post it if I hadn't already done extensive trace route. In both circumstances the trace route hits the server IPs at nearly the same latency (117-125ms) the difference is within the data centre, using the VPNs Singaporean IP there is no delay, using my IP there is a delay of nearly 150ms.

Arai's mine no longer contains any significant mat Yields. I'd like to direct your attention at the Settilements run by Duwali Comms Limited and Andlit Co in the Duwali System and Iah Bulu. I have found high yields at their settlements that can exceed Arai's Mine by far. Focus on Industrial Settlements, Military Settlements and Agricultural Settlements of those factions. Notoriety is a small price for what you can get in their Settlements

i did this run, took 2 tries but the method is valid, and you dont need an ebreach on the outside. you can overload the panel or get a scan from a window like what was mentioned. I looted the CMD the HAB the storage dock, then went and looted the power station and grabbed the power regulator, and high tailed it out of there.

I don't bother with that scanning through the window. Just cut and overload the outer door. Keep your power unit in overload and use it to electrocute the worker on the first floor. Scan them for their credentials, then laser open the security room and switch off both the scans and the alarms. You only need level 1 security to turn it off the scans and alarms. Then loot.

If you go on the outside first floor landing and look through the window, you can scan the profile and save an e-breach, enter security, disable alarms and carry on :)

Thanks for the guide, it would be nice to see this sort of thing when you dont have grade 3 suit and two grade 5 weapons. It looks fun but what about those of us who dont have those yet

you do not need maxed out gear , you can do same with basic stuff you buy from shop, sure killing can take bit more time and you have to play bit more carefully on combat but else it is same.

Level 3 suits and weapons drop randomly (with mods) at various smaller stations throughout the core. I bought all level 3 gear no problems with minimal search for what I wanted.

@@weisserth yes, you can find some upgraded gear from shops, but most of the these sites and missions can be done stealthy by using energy tool only.
