Robert, what do you do if you’re feeling grief but don’t know why? Will TFT still help if you can’t focus on the cause?
@DrRobertBray3 ай бұрын
Hi, TFT can still help with the feeling even when you are not sure of the cause. Feel the feeling and tap. I have been thinking about the different types of grief. For some, it may center on fear of what will happen, not that the beloved is gone. For some, it may be just the sadness of not having the presence of the other. For some, it may be the spiritual awareness of what awaits us all. Hope this helps.

@@DrRobertBray Thank you so much for your reply. I am new to TFT so your videos are helpful in learning the process. Do VT practitioners use muscle testing to identify beliefs/emotions? Or is it just to create the custom sequences?

I know I'm 5 years too late but thank you for making such a helpful video. I've been suffering from FOMO for a few years now but it's gotten unbearable in the last few weeks. It used to be just during my sleep but now it gets me when I'm awake too. It's debilitating and takes the joy out of everything, my hobbies, my passions my relationships. It keeps me from enjoying my favorite activities and it also comes in the way of me and my family and I love them very much but I feel like this dark feeling holds me back from truly expressing my love for my daughter and it kills me. I'll try the coping methods you described in this video and if they work then you're my HERO!

please let me know how the tapping works for you. If it does not work, there are other tapping patterns and techniques to help. Keep looking for more ways to love and help yourself.

@@DrRobertBray I did try the tapping for a while and realized that my thought process started changing for the better and I no longer needed to do the technique to control my anxiety. Now when I fall into a thought spiral it doesn't take much effort to climb back out and I can't thank you enough for it, sir! You may have saved my life :)

I just discovered this video after going through a traumatic experience just a little over a month ago. This was the message I needed to hear; love how you get straight to the point and don't attempt to lecture. I would still love to be in a healthy relationship someday despite all this. I hope that can one day be possible.

Thank you Robert. I have been using EFT (not TFT) since 2015 and have found it very useful. However one of my issues that just won't budge is losing weight permanently on which I have been tapping for years. I came across an old email I had filed away that talked about TFT and suggested buying Roger Callahan's book Tapping the Healer Within. I bought it on kindle and have been trying some of the algorithms for anxiety and food addiction. I don't think I have a food addiction per se, but it is more about finding solace in food when I am feeling low. What I like about TFT is that it is much simpler than EFT. With EFT it is sometimes hard to identify the actual anchoring emotion to be released because I just can't feel anything specific. Do you have any other books with more algorithms so I can find one more pertinent to my specific needs eg enhancing creativity to think up a unique business idea, making likeminded friends, moving into a higher vibration to feel more joyful, using the law of attraction and in these trying times keeping my nervous system in tip top shape. All the best to you and your family.

I remember my biggest rage in my life so I was in 4th grade I was playing tag accidentally bumped into someone they said “watch where you are going dumb idiot” then I raged so bad I started to make severe death threats while chasing him around the field trying to beat him up also this resulted i. A massive adrenaline rush usually I get tired of sprinting in just 20 seconds but I was able to sprint after him for a straight 5 minutes at the last few seconds my teacher came out to calm me down as I was only a few inches before making contact and beating him up also 3 people my older brother my little sister and 2 kindergarteners tried to hold me back but I pulled so hard they fell down and I continued to chase after him making more severe death threats
