All of this fantasy is fueled by the idea that human caused CO2 emissions are bad for the average weather or life on Earth. This theory has been contradicted by evidence that clearly indicates there has been nothing unusual or alarming with the weather anyplace one looks. On the contrary, CO2 being the gas essential to all plant life that in turn supports all animal life is the only gas that makes the Earth "green". CO2 at any possible atmospheric future levels (currently at 0.04%) is vanishing rare owing only to the fact that all growing plants (green life) devour it nearly at it the marginal rates it is available to them by making the the earth truly more "green" Hydrogen makes only yellow and red as it is a colorless gas that easily ignites and explodes in virtually all commercially scaled applications. NASA evacuates an area 5 miles in radius whenever fueling large hydrogen powered rockets - hydrogen is a "difficult" gas! Hydrogen generation by electrolysis looses half the electrical energy used to produce it, wasting the energy which is most reliably produced by burning gas and coal. That's the least nasty of the nasty things in dealing with hydrogen. Here is a list of hydrogen's horribles: 1) Hydrogen leaks: it cannot be contained by any containers or seals. This is owing to its tiny molecular size. It literally permeates then escapes from any practicable methods of containment. 2) Once hydrogen escapes it can accumulate in closed areas and cannot be detected until an ignition source inevitably occurs. Once it is detected by this method, buildings explode and people burn. Ouch. Merely flipping an electrical switch (light switch, etc) you will produce a bright hot flash witnessed as you and those near you die (as in Hindenburg.) 3) Hydrogen is the cotton candy of energy (takes a lot of space to hold a tiny bit of it) In order to overcome this defect, it must either be compressed to hundreds of atmospheric pressures. In this state all of its negative aspects are vastly increased. The other method of getting it dense enough to be useful is by getting it to a liquid state (even far more dangerous at near absolute zero - -273 degrees C ). Both methods waste an enormous amount of energy for no return at all. 4) Hydrogen infrastructure is fragile, wears out quickly, is environmentally destructive, and enormously expensive: 5) the only "green" that hydrogen produces is the loot (greenbacks) stolen from indoctrinated victims by con artists selling only a fraud. The climate is not broken and needs no fixing by "experts" who have no ability to alter it under any circumstance . .

The sea has never risen since the theory was made public. It wasn’t ling ago headlines warned about global cooling and the earth heading for an ice age. None of these have happened, so are we to think that a tax will save us? It’s hard enough to predict the weather on a given day, let alone 10-20 years from now. As for science, that goes to the highest bidder, and peer review is highly suspect of marketing meddling. Stick with the method not the hype, of science and inly then can we keep it pure, because what we have now is more like religion and unjustly propaganda.

I don't get how green hydrogen will help reduce climate change. From my understanding when you burn hydrogen gas in air it produces water vapour and nitrogen oxides. It is also my understanding that water vapour is a greenhouse gas and it could be argued that it is causing more harm than CO2.

GOVERNORS TAKE BACK YOUR STATE, FLORDA IS TAKING IT'S STATE FROM FEDERAL ABUSE, It's the American right, to protect your family, your home and your property, remember the left's battle cry, defund the police.States follow the lead of Flordia, take back your state from the crazy socialism ideas that don't work.States, take back control of your state, from Federal abuse, mandates from mental loss dictatorship are not working. Florida takes the lead again against biden corruption,Biden is trying to lill our Country, lack of border control, energy shortages, Great idea Ron DeSantic has hope other States follow their lead, Florida Governor DeSantis to recreate ‘State Guard’ Outside of Federal Control Think, it’s a great idea, the democrats have lost their mind on border issues, if Florida thinks it’s a great idea, get it done,as long as corrupt person like biden in office, our Country is not safe safe from non llegal drugs, noncitzenhips terrorist, biden and family have sold our Country down the drain to Russia and China for their ill gotten pot of gold. Let's take a look at another energy decision made bu the biden crime family Kill the Keystone XL Pipeline -Threatened to plug the Canada-to-Michigan Enbridge Line 5 pipeline -Halted oil leases in a sliver of Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge -Stopped oil and gas leases on federal lands -Proposed a methane tax that could cost this industry up to $10 billion annually -Encouraged Left-wing activists to pressure financiers to defund oil companies, Does this sound like some one who has American interest at heart or someone who has sold our energy assets for personal gain, look at the recent decision he made. These decisions are not American made,.States take back control of your State.

Madam in reference to you conversation on green hydrogen. We are designers inventors of all types of technology. Over 30 yrs working on hydrogen,I would have to say we have the only system in the World that actually re-uses the hydrogen over and over again, producing a huge excess of electrical energy. As well our system produces "ZERO" CO2,The way the whole World is going about this is all wrong. Our system does not have to stop to re-fuel,and can be used to run Tankers ,mining equipment ,planes etc. This technology eliminates all existing sources of Renewable.

I'm trying to learn more about policy and how it can help / is failing at solving the climate crisis. This video is a great 'jumping in the deep end' sort of introduction. Thanks all for holding this event and publishing the video on youtube. However, as a physical scientist (fluids and acoustics), I wish there was more hard data in talks like this. The ideas expressed are reasonable and maybe even insightful, but I'd like more analysis to compare theory with data. I realize some of this is in the academic publications rather than these seminars. But at similarly seminars in my field I see more plots and figures with my detail.

There is soon to be no need for more conventional and green hydrogen conventionally combusted and other green technologies that are more expensive and disadvantaged when compared to the cleanest possible nuclear fusion SAFIRE GENERATOR. Learn about this best and vastly cheapest 24 Hr. reliable, hydrogen-powered, FUSION NUCLEAR and community located device built on any scale on a tiny and unobtrusive footprint. It is the latest fusion nuclear technology that is in commercial design and production now. They will not need battery or other storage technology backup and no extended ugly and vulnerable electric grid. See it at "AURION @t" and then learn about ELECTRIC UNIVERSE THEORY and more advanced Plasma Physics at "THUNDERBOLTS @t". Then please teach all your friends and peers so we can advance the most modern physic knowledge.

Biden has funny policy which supports Clean Energy Bill but also support Japan dumping Fukushima radiation water into Pacific Ocean when every countries are against it. Japan complained to the world during Chernobyl accident in Russia prohibiting Russians to dump radioactive water into Baltic Sea but now Japan is trying to dumping bigger mess than Chernobyl into Pacific Ocean. Biden is not thinking that his support for Japan dumping radioactive water into Pacific risk about 100,000 troops stationed in S Korea and Japan.

India has one of the lowest per capita carbon emissions. US is the second largest carbon emitter in totality. As for per capita emissions, US's is 17.75, China's 6.27 and India's 1.67. You see, people of US occupy a HUGE carbon space leaving out so little for developing countries.

The carbon tax is BS. And we pay enough. How dare the government take the average tax payers for cash out. Gas cars are efficient. Making electric cars ... and the plastics .... need fossil fuels. How ignorant is the average Canadian ? We are truly programmed. If we keep bending over and paying. So what can we expect ? 1.60 by summer. ? It’s already between 1.20-1.33. This is sick liberal government. They are crooks. They tax anything they can. How can the Supreme Court can agree ? What about the people ? Who have to drive to work? “Oh it’s not eco friendly.” ... so we have to be eco friendly and take the bus and travel two plus hours a day ? The suburbs were by designed for bus. They were designed for car.
