Sadly mine also NOT WORKING, tried everything, water and ice cubes, cold iced bottles, ziplog bags with frozen water…. What a waste of 300 dollars! There is this humming noise upon connecting but no cooling air goes into the pads! What a huge dissatisfaction and let down by polar kodiak. I have the exact same model!

I injured my back (L4&5 S1) took a nice fall and gave myself slipped discs. Couldn’t sit or stand for too long. I came across a FBMP post from a lady in Texas selling this back brace and instantly I just purchased with no research on it. I was desperate. Once I put the brace on and secured it….omg, the relief 😮‍💨….I feel I can walk longer distance with it. The support it gives me feels so good. Before this, I would only walk a short distance before my back would start to hurt and bend forward due to the pain and I couldn’t stand upright. This is a game changer for me. Thank you ☺️

I just put these back in both pairs of my New Balance shoes. I had to take out the rip off $$$$ arch supports my Podiatrist sold me after having them made twice and now the office manager is saying I need to come back a 3rd time and pay a $50 copay when I can get 7 pairs of these for the price I paid for the custom ones. I told her no. I am very upset to have gone through such an ordeal spending money on them that my family needs for other things.
