Remember you heard it here first lol. Look in the glove box on the right side when you open it its hidden there. I was gonna connect my camera to the middle outlet arm rest but seen this as I was running the wire thru the passenger side. Coolest thing having one there.

@@Mark2sCar310 I'm just stoked to have purple in the lineup again! A bit more variety on the Outback would be nice, but I think the purple might be a bit "much" on one, for the vast majority of people.

@LegoInr other than yourself, I've never had anyone mention anything negative to me about the cup holders in the Outback/Legacy.

@ I've seen a few forum threads with people calling them either too deep or too wide, so I know I'm not the only one. And I'm saying that as an owner of a 2023 Outback. I just wish there was this little divider inside the cupholder, just like the WRXs have it.

@derrickmuhammad4278 do any other manufacturers have a button to deactivate the seat chime? It's kind of a safety thing, especially if you have kids, so making it a bit of a process to turn off is also a safety thing.

@saraw5143 you can't downsize further than the 225/60R17's on the Touring. 16 inch rims won't clear the calipers.

@mrt4575 if the demand for the vehicle was there, they would likely bring them in, no? They make money selling them, so if they're not profitable for them, they don't bring them in.

@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist I lived in the state side, new england region to be specific, currently owned Subaru is the 3rd we own in Turkey... Subaru is not known in Turkey since distributor also sells korean brands with better profit... People think Subaru is a korean or chinese brand in Turkey since brand doesnt have any commercials or advertisements... Your comment on profits may apply to brand branch but i am talking about country wise sales to a country. I doubt that is Subaru brand decision. Since only my family owned subarus made 30+ subaru sales by our friends, family and people who see the subarus' capabilities... I am a logical buyer instead of merc e class, bmw5 class or suv wise merc glb or bmw x3 i would buy the subaru anyday for it is more suitable to my profession and life style... At the moment importing the subaru outback from europe is half the price of buying a toyota land cruiser which makes me think twice but i know very well land crusier has no competion on highway speeds and curvy roads like subaru...

@@mrt4575 Unfortunately, the all mighty dollar rules for the distributors, especially if there is no advertising and no demand for the product. If Subaru Japan thought that Turkey would be a strong market for their brand, they would likely work to open up a larger network to get vehicles into the hands of people living there. I agree, a Subaru is a far superior choice to the luxury brands you mentioned - I've never been impressed with any of the luxury vehicles that I've been in, with one exception, the LFA.

@@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist Also if it is so they need to withdraw from Turkey since only avail models are xv (1.5lt petrol), forester (2.0 petrol hybrid), and solterra ev... No one will buy them anywhere... :) My 14 year old Subaru dealer in Connecticut is more helpful then my local dealer in Turkey... He even arranged accesories shipped to me from a Berlin dealer back in 2017.. Customers look for dealer attention, and Subaru customers seek further attention to detail from their dealers since Subaru owners know their cars better than any other brand owners... Afterall we are almost the only car owners who read the user manuals :)

@@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist Without company advertisement and commercials there is only users' commercials available and that wont do much... Recently a resort hotel owner who got stuck on mud where i was driving like a daily driver decided to look up the brand and he compared my outback with brand new options even i told him he needs to import from europe since the models are nothing near the 10 year old outback... 2.0 diesel, 150hp (very low) and 350nm torque with 6lt/100km... vs new models of 136hp, and 190nm torque with 8lt/100km sorry but i assume the brand has no intention selling any cars here... Honestly i miss the 3.0lt + versions from state side for power :) My final comment is to those owners enjoy the ride, and to dealers take care of your customers... For me i already booked to see the 2025 outback in berlin...

@anthonyjulson8840 it's worked on my 2018 Crosstrek and 2012 Outback. It works on the 2025 Foresters, too. So, I don't see why it wouldn't work on yours.

If you say so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Consumer Reports just rated Subaru more reliable than Toyota earlier this month for current gen vehicles, so I'm not 100% confident in what you're saying.

I like the Magnetite Grey, but wish that it came in Alpine Green like the Crosstrek Wilderness.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It doesn't seem to deter too many people. The infotainment is what it is.

It's a very cool new trim to have! It's a hard choice between the two - I guess in my opinion it would come down to a needs/wants assessment for myself. Do I need the extra room, towing capacity and seating of the Ascent vs the Outback. I think that would be the biggest deciding factors if I had to choose between the two.

@@DragonActual true matte paints are a giant PITA to take care of. The matte, but gloss paints are popular right now in lots of manufacturers. Cool Hrey Khaki Crosstreks were like 85% of our crosstrek sales, so I'd say that they should.

@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist We do have the Sapphire Blue option, but I'm not totally sold on it yet. The Ascent now has a Bronze Edition(that's what we call it) and has the Autumn Green option. It just doesn't make sense.
