i've seen 55mph speed limit signs on suburban roads where i live. These roads have houses near them; they have curves in the road, and they have blindspots sometimes. 55mph on a major interstate like I-95 is a joke.

Eh. All due respect, I know the 320 has it's issues but the Officer forcefully bent down quickly. No idea if the gun was mis-holstered and something got into the trigger guard. It didn't exactly fire when he was just standing there, the quick motion seemed to be the precipitating factor.
