For the last 2 bedroom unit from developer asking price was $2.6 million

With glass tinting between double panel impact glass it will be pretty efficient.

​@@patg3424You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Glass buildings are hotter in the summer and colder in the winter than stone buildings: they're horribly insulted. Glass buildings aren't just bad for the environment, they're just plain ugly.

@@thebabbler8867 the ac can handle it, it's designed for it. And the people living here aren't broke so it's nbd, well worth it. Also the glass isn't for the people on the outside its for the people living inside

Regalia is my favorite building in the whole Miami. The balconies at the Regalia in Sunny Isles are generously sized, adding a significant amount of living space to each residence. It’s a great question. Total number of units is 391. Pool area is not big enough for the all residents in the building in my opinion.

Fair question. But I wonder how often the building will be at full occupency. Lots of second and third homeowners for sure.

Barranquilla, as a Caribbean city, SALSA is also at home. I grew up there, and in the 70's all we heard was salsa. Vallenato comes from Valledupar, another city.
