Wonderful! Your tone is beautiful and your harp is FANTASTIC!

I like the whole idea of playing the melody without arpeggios in order to get comfortable with the flow of the piece. It can help in other pieces too.

So play left hand upwards or downwards?? I think in Europe they play it downwards but I was playing it upwards for ages and then people criticized my practice streams

Theres not a right way to play it. Its just most common for the left hand to play the arpeggios downward. The music says cadenza ad libitum, which means you can play the cadenza however want and make it your own.

Hi! Did you know that there is one recording of this piece where the Harp Cadenza CHANGES? Take a listen to the Nutcracker Suite performed by the orchestra "Symphony of the Air" kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4vcm3Zqo7yAnLM The Harp Cadenza starts at the 15:58 Mark. Then at the 16:18 Mark, the Cadenza All of a Sudden CHANGES! I'm guessing that the Harpist doesn't want to play this as written, instead she just wants to do this her own way? That's what the conductor wants her to do instead.
