Love this video and you so much Jess! Always keep keeping it real! It’s SO appreciated and SO rare! But it’s why I love you, trust you, and use and love your products! I washed, conditioned, detangled )oh dear lord the tangles), and blow dried my hair straight for over 30 years! and finally decided to see what my natural waves really looked like if they were styled with intention and not hatred! Turns out I have beautiful 2B-2C (and even a few legit 3A ringlets!)! Who knew?! Of course, wearing my hair this way was a WHOLE HUGE learning curve. But about 2 years in, I’ve found what works, brands I love that give me consistent results (and to my own amazement, earn me compliments on my hair almost everywhere I go!), and the curlies I love and trust! Thank you for being at the top of that list! I do love the neutral protein filler too, I often mix it with your deep conditioning treatment. 😁 I have super baby fine hair, but I have SO MUCH OF IT. It’s 2B-3A and highlighted, so high porosity and damaged very easily. Please make more videos! Saw your email today about your Fathers Day sale (omg love the pics of you and your curly dad!) and am going to treat myself to a few Jessicurl goodies! I’m 57 now (seriously, when the heck did THAT happen?!) and love my hair more than I ever have! Thank you! Sending you (and your adorable puppy) hugs and blessings! Stay curly! 😘

Just tried my first set of jessicurl products. I used the rockin ringlets which felt pretty light, followed by spiralicious, and I must say, when you initially put it on, it feels HEAVY DUTY. I was a little worried at first, but after diffusing, I only needed to do a bit of scrunching, and after about an hour of air drying my hair feels pretty light weight again. I am shocked at how much hold I'm getting without feeling like my hair's frozen

Ugh, I just bought some of these products & I'm not impressed with them. Especially at $50 for a 32oz. bottle. That's $7 more a bottle than most of the high end salon products at Ulta. I bought the fine hair collection & my hair looks like wet noodles just like this video. It also sucks you have to pay shipping because almost no one carries it in their curly salons.

Kinda crazy to see all the negative comments. As a VERY curly girl with thick hair I know first hand that a lot of product is necessary. Curly hair has to be treated differently to achieve any type of nice curl.

I would love to see a tutorial of you diffusing your hair. When I read your description of it, you’re scrunching while you’re drying, and I’d love to see your method in motion ❤️

It’s beautiful! That is exactly my type of hair. I had figured 2a. Mine’s just not dry because I quit coloring. Got my first box of Jessicurl today, just quick restyles with the spray. Just that one product pumped it up a notch. Can’t wait to do the whole thing tomorrow.

Any problem with me using Spirilicious on soaking wet hair? If I blot moisture first, I’m afraid of frizz when my 2b waves break apart.

II think it works best on soaking wet hair. It doesn’t have to be dripping wet, though. That’s how I apply it, after the Rockin Ringlets. Love these products!

Oh my gosh!!!! Jessi I lost so much hair when I was diagnosed with Graves' disease back in December. It's devastating. I didn't have much to lose, fine thin 2b/2c curls that showed my scalp when I diffused. I just made my first order of a couple of your products. I'm so hopeful now!

thyroid can cause alot of problems with hair. Since you said you are 41- the change in sex hormones (peri-menopause) could be starting for you. Having background in the medical field- hypothyroid can cause problems with estrogen levels--thyroid competes with estrogen for receptors.. (Like we need more problems!!) As for me, I had a hysterectomy which also changed my hormones. Menopause changes hormones too I found at age 54. I had straight hair for 53 years and hit meno and my hair turned wavy, curly, and frizzy! I replace my hormones now and when I took estradiol cream my hair got thicker again. Low estrogen means more hair shedding as too much or too little testosterone can also affect hair. I don't have a thyroid problem. Acceptance is a difficult thing. A tough part is that thyroid disease symptoms and menopause symptoms are similar.

Thanks for this video! I'm currently experiencing post-partum hair loss. And sadly it's one of those hair loss issues you just have to ride out. And yep, the frizz is crazy. I've definitely found that adding a protein treatment every few weeks and adding styling products to dripping wet hair make the most difference. Thanks for the bonus puppy! Puppies really do make everything better 😄

I'm still brand loyal even though I'm allergic to the botanicals in all Jessicurl products. I can't use it but I also can't get over it! XD I had dyed black hair and I had the dye professionally removed a year ago. This involved color remover and also a couple rounds of 40-volume bleach. So I do have some protein recommendations. My hair is porous AF. Joico K-Pak conditioner is the single best regular conditioner I've found (that I'm not allergic to). I also use Olaplex step 3 sometimes. I haven't tried putting my styling products in the shower. That's a good idea. I'm going to give that a try. My frizz is ridiculous and it's not all from damage because I have it on top of my head, where I have unprocessed hair.

I don't have thyroid problems but I have androgenetic alopecia. I also started out with more hair than I needed, but damn. I use minoxidil. It's awesome, but it's also dropping alcohol on my head twice a day and this isn't a fatty alcohol. Probably not helping my frizz situation. OH WELL.

I noticed the root volume as well as some very thin strands underneath that don't want to curl, I suspect it's because they used to be bigger clumps of curls and the curliest strands are gone. :(

She is toooo much fun! :) I love her. I had to put down my Cocker Spaniel Nickie after having her for 12 years and it wrecked me. I swore up and down I'd never get another dog because it was so hard saying goodbye. I lasted three whole weeks. :) Ha. I just can't NOT have a dog! :) I've never had an actually puppy though, and I"m so glad I got this one. It's a whole 'nother lever of joy. :)
