1488 is a metroline bus that is not exxed as it's moquette is exactly the same. The reason i am not complaining about stagecoach's ex t- transit buses is the fact they completely bought it off to ratp. Uno did peel off the company name like this bus as if u can see closer, it reads 'metroline', conveying that this isnt their's.

I remember BN had some of these 59 reg DWs that use to be allocated to the 59 and 319. DW240 is one great bus, I remember seeing them going on the 333 in its early days at Arriva as some of the HAs didn’t arrive on time and then sadly after they left BN once the HVs and HAs arrived and moved on to AE for the 48 then later GY. Will be a shame to see these go man when the frogfaces arrive at GY

Great video! Seems like these ex-BN HAs are getting pushed to their limits and stretching their legs after serving so much of their time on the 20mph riddled 133/333 as well as occasionally the 50 which is a fast route at times

Most of these HAs contain ISA sadly although this particular bus didn't have it

@@B9TL205yeah I’m local to the 50/133/333 and some of these 66 reg HAs are unlimited and don’t have ISA but some do unfortunately. I do recall catching a lot of these HAs on the 50 and getting 30-35mph runs on them between Clapham Common and Streatham Hill Station as that’s the empty roads that the 50 luckily has. Occasionally I’ve also caught a fast HA that is unlimited on the 333 too and going 30mph between Tooting and Streatham in the 20 zone, some great performances. I would much rather these HAs be used to retain the 50 tbh but is what it is. I caught HA35 on the 417 back in March when BN had an electric outage and HA35 doesn’t have ISA installed so I got a fast run between Streatham Hill and Norwood Crown Point where HA35 was doing 30-35mph in the 20 zone too with no ISA installed. Some of the 198’s 66 reg HAs that initially came from the 133’s huge PVR cut did have ISA installed initially but some of them don’t and knowing TH, they have disabled most of the ISAs on their HAs now meaning you’d be lucky to catch a fast run on the 198 or the 250 or even better yet the 64.
