Hope I'm not being insensitive here but can i ask what you experience during a Spell?. Hope you are doing better Kitz!. I am disabled and i also have anxiety so i know how it feels before/after therapy can do wonders and has helped me overcome some of my fears and cope better. I found you from Sarra Cannon's Channel.💜

It's hard to say what my experience is like because it depends on the severity of the spells... also sometime I can't remember anything about the spell. My brother says I act like a child and my sentence are like I am statement. I hope this explains it a little better, but each spell is different.
