I absolutely LOVE m-tron and this figure is nearly perfect. The only thing that bothers me is how the backpack doesn’t stay on right and the way it’s angled when the claw is up stresses the plastic

It's from Hachette, but yes it's the same with the one from Agora Models. In some countries it's Hachette, in other is Agora Models, but the model, even the prints are the same.
