Another great theory on word-choice, and their lasting impact on a child's beliefs-- is one founded by Dr. Carol Dweck, a professor from Stanford University. Instead of saying “you are so smart”, say “you didn't give up till you found the answer!” or “Wow! What did you do to get this accomplishment?” "you thought of many creative ideas!" "I love how you took a quick break to relax then went back to work" When we direct our focus on realistic and practical actions, this fosters an intrinsic sense of value and motivation as well as sets realistic standards for them to achieve and be proud of. Such children grow to have a "growth mindset" which enables them to enjoy the process of learning, growing and challenging themselves whether they achieve their initial goal or not. When we plainly say: "you are the smartest"... Whenever they aren't the smartest, they're more likely to feel like failures. Their confidence heavily depends on extrinsic (external) validation rather than from within.

What pisses me off is the drop of the numbers of interactions about such videos , you could see how much interactions, comments and likes if that video was all about someone that is a ridiculous famous.

the story is nice but wasn't Abu Sofyan probably the biggest Mushrik in Mecca? and didn't Hind hold an enormous grudge against Hamza and then ordered her slave to kill Hamza? and didn't Mu'awiya go against the Sunna of the prophet and choose a successor for his thrown while that wasn't considered the Islamic way (the Islamic way was that the caliph must be chosen through Shora and voting) and then his son Yazid Ibn Mu'awiya was an alcoholic that later ordered to kill Hussein Ibn Ali, prophet's grandson?
@qahtani_speaksАй бұрын
this is deviating from the main point of the story ..

@@qahtani_speaks I guess my point was that Hind wished for a king, she got a king but he wasn't a good king!!

No Mr. Qahtani is right and the story you are saying is fabricated. Abu sufian accepted Islam so all his private sins are forgiven. And Muawia رضي الله عنه was one of the Nobel companions of prophet and his brother in law and one of the Writers of the Quran. But stay focused to the point on believing in yourself.
@vahidhaghkhah9211Ай бұрын
@@wazbay5077 You're joking right? I think the only fabricated story here is the one you're telling. First of all Abu Sofyan accepted Islam right after the conquering of Mecca by muslims so when he saw the large army of Islam he had no choice but to become a muslim in order to stay alive. The part about Muawiya choosing his son as the Caliph is exactly what happened. Muawiya even had an agreement with Hasan Ibn Ali which in it he promised not to announce his successor and let the caliph be chosen the Islamic way not hereditary like a king, but he later didn't fulfill his promise and chose his son as the next caliph. Which part of my story do you think is fabricated?

True leader is who believes in you even if you don't believe in yourself. Power of words and true leader: Here the speaker says that he was very poor in speaking at high school. One day his friend encouraged him to speak prayers in front of 400 students. On first day, everyone laughed at him. Speaker went to his friend, his friend encouraged him to do it again and again. Every time speaker speak, everyone laughed. But eventually he improved speaking skills. One day speaker meet him grade 1 teacher who told speaker that he can't do anything. Author said I forgive you. The teacher says I don't remember child. Another day the speaker goes to his friend to thank him for pushing him. But the friend says sorry but I don't remember. Here comes power of words. One may forgot what he speaks But it can change someone's life entirely
