Watch how your barber fades the back cause sometime they cut the baby hair of the Loc’s and it miss them up so I wouldn’t cut the back if I was you

It shouldn’t be every 6 weeks u got to least do it’s every 3 weeks tell all your Loc’s are budded and they form into Loc’s or else it we’ll miss up your parts I’ve been growing my Loc’s for 15 years also use coconut oil and not other products

Praying for your Peace 💜 I know that feeling, all to well, I am sorry you have been enduring it. I took off, to start over somewhere new, all alone. It is beautiful & peaceful here, which helped a lot. Definitely a scary leap, without resources, but I am thankful I trusted God

I struggle with this a lot, I’m feeling it today. It’s hard. I feel like the more I stay alive the more life slips away from me. It’s depressing seeing other people live their lives and be themselves and express themselves freely and fully. I wish I could switch minds. I feel like I am damned to this mindset forever.

@@kiwicatnip I can definitely understand why you feel that way. It’s hard to see others seemingly thriving while you're struggling. That feeling of bein’ trapped, especially mentally, is really hurtful. I’m so sorry that you battle this as well. Please don’t give up. It takes so much fight and will power but I know that your strength and the entity that you believe in will guide you and bring you through this. I do pray that life begins to be kind to you. I pray that on the other side of your storm, you get to know what it feels like to live and be free. Much, much love to you 💛🙏🏾.

God bless you, I pray God grants you peace that surpasses all understanding. I know it doesn’t seem like it in the moment but Sis you have so much to live for. I found you through a retwist video and now I’m here. I’m 52 and was diagnosed a major depressive but journaling helps me. Seeing you journal and self reflect and sharing it with us is so inspiring. I’ve been through a lot too. I’ve been where you are now. There has to be someone who would be devastated if anything were to happen to you. I would be hurt and I don’t know you. Judging by your videos your a deep thinker and seem to be a beautiful and kind person I pray your in a much better space.

I’m about 7.5 months in and I get them. My loctitian told me to leave them because it’s budding and the the loc is trying to seal up.

Idk you friend but as someone who feels similar. Don’t allow the stress to break you. Your redemption arc will feel so much more victorious than the current moment. Me, too.😩 Not only am I learning how to care for my natural hair, I’m also learning how to love its 3 different textures, and respect its capabilities. After relaxing it all my adult life, it’s like being reintroduced to your own head of hair.🤦🏽♀️😂🤷🏽♀️
