Jeffrey Dahmer wasn't crazy, what he had was an addiction, just like anything else, whether his drugs, alcohol, sex. He was addicted to this… They're either addicted to rape, murder, or in certain cases like Dahmer. He was afraid to be alone, he was addicted to having a partner, and even though he says he didn't enjoy killing he certainly didn't have a problem, storing heads, body parts in his freezer or refrigerator and then eating body parts so I don't know which part of that isn't disgusting enough to call murder but maybe he dislikes the idea of going to a grocery store so we could buy pieces of human beings. Too bad they didn't have some kind of life like Maildoll that he could bring home and have sex with every night maybe he would've stopped killing people.. William Heirens did not kill those young people in Chicago, he was a burglar, a very minor burglar who did that because out of necessity. The real person who killed those people was the same person who killed the black Dahlia, and killed other people in other parts of America, including Cleveland, he was the Cleveland torso killer, and the poor kid was stuck in prison for not killing anyone, completely innocent and that's the danger of our system sometimes. You have corrupt cops who don't give a damn, and they will find anyone that they think fits and throw them in jail just to close the case and make some people happy.when police officers throw someone in prison, torture them to get a false confession, these police officers should be thrown in prison for a minimum of 10 years or more.

Of course back then when Dahmer had that 14-year-old Asian boy, that time homosexuality was more of an embarrassment and of course the cops just laughed when all they had to do was ask him for identification, ask him if he's OK. Ask him if he needed some help maybe go to the hospital since he was completely fucked up and had some bruises and scars on his body. That's all they had to do but because they were gay they didn't wanna deal with it, but can't you tell that a 30-year-old man with a kid who is barely 16doesn't seem right? Those fucking moronic retarded cops could have saved more lives, but they didn't because they're fucking ignorant fools.

Obviously, if a white guy was killing black children in black neighborhoods, I think most of the Black people, parents and such would be very wary and could easily identify a white man if he was hanging around with her children. So for them to think that it's racismthat the police would consider the killer to be black is kind of ridiculous but then again if you watch the news and TV programs, it seems that every serial killer is a white man. I know they say that everyone deserves a fair trial and defense even though they are probably 99.9% guilty, but I don't understand how a good lawyer could be fooled by someone into believing that they're innocent. You would think they would have better judgment and better skills, detecting, liars, and sociopaths who are great liars. And just because you might think they have a chance of being innocent, but you know deep down inside they are guilty. Why the hell would you work for them? Is it all for the notoriety and the money? if it is then they are better than the criminals. If you're helping criminals get away with his crime doesn't that make you an accomplice? Because if you're the driver of the vehicle bank robbers, you an accomplice, if you help somebody move a body and keep the murder quiet you're an accomplice so if you help a serial killer get off, even though you're a lawyer, why aren't you an accomplice? Scumbag killers, serial killers, who are absolutely guilty without a doubt don't deserve legal defense. All they deserve is whether they live or die.

It seems understandable that people in the black neighborhood would assume that the killer was a white man based on all the TV shows they see and the news of the world because it seems that white people are the most popular of serial killers, but the fact is serial killers are brown and black And probably Number in the same amount but they just don't get the press. Asia, China, India, South America, Mexico, and so on they have numerous serial killers if not the same even more than they do in America, like typical Caucasian serial killers but again they just don't get the same attention because for some reason brown and Black people aren't as important, especially if they're poor. It makes for better television if it's a young female that gets raped and murdered by some other white Caucasian male like BTK or Gary, Ridgeway, etc.

Mr. Bill is one of the best and this documentary is excellent. I'm glad they decided to do this. All the cold case files episode by A&E should be Bill Kurtis only because it's just not the same without him.

How is Charles Manson a serial killer when there is no evidence he killed any person regardless of three which is to be considered a serial killer. Yes he might have influenced some highly intelligent but weak personalities. Who are looking for some type of guru to guide them but Charles Manson Doesn't have any blood on his hands unless they haven't proven it yet. And the woman in Florida is not a serial killer. She was an opportunist, but serial killers are ritualistic in their behavior. They choose to use fear and pain and suffering as part of their enjoyment, a fetish if you will.that's why soldiers aren't serial killers. That's why gangsters aren't necessarily serial killers just because they have killed a few gang members, a serial killer is ritualistic, they have morbid fetishes that result in pain, fear, and suffering, which is what they feed off of. But if you don't give them what they want, they usually lose interest.

This is actually one of the best documentaries on Ed Gein's story I've ever seen. The thing about Ed Gein that fascinates me is that even though we shouldn't excuse his sickening vile deeds, you can't help but sympathize with him. This was the cause of his own mother's abuse and it's proof that monsters are only created by monstrous environments.

Bendito a real life Norman Bates Psycho in Plainfield 🔪 🚿 🏡 under the radar around his neighbors who knew him for so many years 😮 Brother had dark Issues and wicked Skeletons (no pun) in his closet. May his Victims Rest In Eternal Peace 🌹🫢 May Ed Gein (God judge him with mercy) as well find some peace though his inner turmoil that he carried and sad to say used as an excuse to murder those people around his town 😢

This is a wonderful documentary about Ed Gein. Not to downplay what he did because what he did was horrible and unforgivable, but you can't help but feel a tinge of pity for the man. The abuse he endured from his mother was something so horrific he probably couldn't function as a typical person. Maybe he wanted to be a woman, maybe he wanted to be happy, but he just wanted to be loved ultimately. So sad.

I met Dennis Rodman right down the street from my house. He was in a black Mercedes. My boys recognize them. He stopped at the bank and he signed their shirts and he had shirts to give to the girls at the bank on 12 mile and Evergreen in Southfield Michigan, he was so genuine genuine

I know there's debate on whether Ed Gein actually was a serial killer, but he's always fascinated me because of the horrific nature of his crimes and how he didn't seem sane enough to fully understand what he was doing. Is there anything to read/watch on his home life, and diagnoses at the mental hospital? I feel like a lot of documentaries focus on the gruesomeness of his crimes but I'm more interested in how his mother treated him from his account and what kind of schizophrenia he had. Obviously he did some absolutely terrible stuff, but did he actually enjoy killing people? To me it seemed like he just needed the bodies, I wonder if he actually understood that killing was wrong.

I don't remember where I read this but he was supposedly a pleasant enough man in the hospital but showed the occasional glimpse of something not quite right about him. I'm assuming he was probably medicated quite a bit in these latter years.
